Kristen Hansen

Kristen Hansen, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Corporate Human Resources at Snap-on since February 2023, following roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. With a tenure at Snap-on Credit beginning in November 2011, Kristen has held positions including Sr. HR Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and an Associate's degree from the College of DuPage, completed in 2011.
