Kevin Birnbaum, MBA, CHFP, has extensive experience in provider compensation, currently serving as a Director of Provider Compensation at ChristianaCare since March 2022 and as a Taskforce Member for the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals since January 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Director of Provider Compensation at Centra Health from May 2018 to March 2022, along with roles as a Provider Compensation Analyst. Kevin began his career at Benchmark Systems, where responsibilities included Training & Implementation Manager, Implementation Analyst, and Sales and Marketing Specialist from August 2013 to May 2018. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lynchburg, earned between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, completed in 2014.
