Kristen Greene, MSHR, serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Christie Digital Systems, leading HR and Talent Management Strategy across the USA, APAC, and LATAM regions since May 2009. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Executive Team on strategic HR initiatives, overseeing compliance in various HR activities, and implementing talent acquisition and employee development programs. Previously, Kristen held roles ranging from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Supervisor at Christie Digital Systems, gaining extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Management from Hope International University.
