Caroline Bixby

Caroline Bixby has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Caroline is currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Christie Group plc. Previously, they held positions such as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Green Light Trust and HR Director at Scrutton Bland, where they led the HR strategy for multiple companies and prioritized the well-being of employees. Caroline has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Zoological Society of East Anglia. Prior to these roles, they were the Managing Director of HR Solutions Team and Interim HR Director at Bertram Group. Caroline has a strong background in the public sector, having worked as the Special Projects Adviser to the Assistant Chief Fire Officer and Interim Head of Human Resources at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service. Caroline also founded The People Solutions Team Limited and served as HR Director, managing a team of professionals. Additionally, Caroline held the position of Group Head of HR at Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. and Head of HR at Care UK, where they were responsible for managing complex transitions and implementing strategies to support employee engagement.
