Rosalind Patient

Rosalind Patient has over 15 years of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Treasury Assistant at Ogilvy & Mather. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Christie's as the Director and Head of Client Services. In this role, they led a team of over 120 front-line staff and was responsible for designing and implementing the Christie's Global 'Exceptional Client Experience Program'. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Client Service Director at Christie's, leading culturally diverse client-facing teams in various locations around the world. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Logistics & Fulfillment Director, EMERI at Christie's, and currently holds the role of Senior Director of Operations.

Rosalind Patient completed their education at various institutions. Rosalind started with A Level & GCSE at Bancroft's School from 1990 to 1998, focusing on Art, Business Studies, and English. Rosalind then pursued a BA in History of Modern Art at the University of Essex from 1999 to 2002. Rosalind continued their studies at the same university and obtained an MA in Gallery Studies from 2002 to 2003. Finally, Rosalind enrolled at Cass Business School and completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
