Stella D'Avanzo has extensive experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Stella has held various managerial positions in reputable companies such as Christie's, Municipal Credit Union, Scotiabank, Hudson's Bay Company, Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP, American Traffic Solutions (currently Verra Mobility), and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Throughout their career, Stella has been responsible for overseeing and improving retirement and benefits plans, directing HR operations teams, benchmarking benefits plans, implementing HRIS systems, administering and evaluating wellness programs, and managing vendor relationships. Stella has expertise in various areas including benefits design, plan administration, communication, and compliance. Stella's experience spans over decades, making their a seasoned professional in the field.

Stella D'Avanzo has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Studies in Marketing and Management with a concentration in HR, as well as a minor in Psychology from Pace University. Stella also holds an Associate's Degree in General Arts & Science with a concentration in Psychology, also from Pace University. Additionally, they have obtained a Compensation Studies Certification from Cornell University in 2022.
