David Walters

David Walters has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems, starting off as a Page Designer at Montgomery Wards before moving on to become a Staff Cartographer at World Book Publishing and later a Lead Cartographer at Rand McNally. Currently, David serves as the GIS Manager at Christopher B Burke Engineering Ltd., overseeing the design and maintenance of GIS for in-house and client projects. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Planning from Elmhurst University.
