Jack Gallagher Pe

Jack Gallagher, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in community development and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer at Christopher B. Burke Engineering since January 2023, Jack provides oversight as the Interim Village Engineer, collaborating with developers and Public Works on diverse projects and guiding engineering inspectors and junior engineers. Previously, Jack held the role of Interim Assistant Village Engineer for the Village of Glen Ellyn, overseeing engineering plan reviews and inspections. From March 2007 to April 2020, Jack was the Village Engineer and Director of Community Development for the Village of Oak Lawn, managing a comprehensive department focused on zoning, planning, and permitting. Jack's career also includes significant positions at Jacobs, where project management on commercial developments was emphasized, and Weston Solutions, Inc., where oversight of environmental projects was performed. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
