Mallory Namoff has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Mallory started their career as an undergraduate student, completing their student teaching at the Velma Thomas Early Childhood Center and Easter Seals Early Headstart in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a nanny at K. Grace Childcare, Inc., where they provided childcare services and assisted with daily routines for children in Chicago.
In 2016, Mallory joined the UIC Children's Center as a teacher for a brief period of six months. Mallory then transitioned to Christopher House, where they held multiple roles over the course of their tenure. From 2016 to 2020, they completed their student teaching program and worked as a teacher before taking on the role of a K-6 Art Teacher.

Mallory Namoff's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Judah Christian High School and graduated in 2013. After high school, they enrolled at Columbia College Chicago from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education. Mallory then attended Dominican University in 2017 and 2018 to participate in the English Language Learner Program. In 2019, Mallory started their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Aurora University, which they completed in 2021, majoring in Social Work. In May 2017, Mallory obtained the Type 04 Licensure from the Illinois State Board of Education.
