Josh Mamaclay possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Cast Member at Christopher Kimball's Milk Street since March 2017, where responsibilities include demonstrating cooking processes for television. As a Lead Instructor, Josh conducts hands-on cooking classes and produces instructional videos for the Online Cooking School. Previously, Josh held roles as Content & Engagement Manager and Marketing & Engagement Manager at Curio Spice Company. At Purple Carrot, Josh was a Test Cook Specialist, focusing on developing vegan recipes for a meal kit service. Earlier experience includes positions at Taza Chocolate, where strategic sales initiatives were created, and various roles in restaurant management at West Bridge and Otto Pizza. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2008 to 2012.
