Boris G. Robinson is a board member at Christopher Newport University. Boris was previously the department chair at the University of Texas at Austin, where they led the Army ROTC program. Boris is a retired Army officer who served for 29 years, leading soldiers from platoon to battalion level during crisis, operational and combat deployments. Robinson has also worked as a financial coach and in triathlon coaching.
Boris G. Robinson attended Menchville High School before receiving a BSBA in marketing from Christopher Newport University. Boris then went on to earn an MS in international relations from Troy University. Robinson also has a Joint Professional Military Education, Level II from the Joint Forces Staff College at the National Defense University and a certification in military affairs from Marine Corps University. In addition, Robinson has a certification in entrepreneurship from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School and is a USCCA defensive shooting instructor, Shoot Point Blank instructor credentialing program, NRA certified pistol instructor, Ramsey Solutions master financial coach, ITU level 2 competitive coach, and Texas Department of Public Safety license to carry instructor.
