Jennifer Latour

Jennifer Latour is the Vice President for Finance and Planning & Chief Financial Officer at Christopher Newport University. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in budgeting and financial planning, and has been with Christopher Newport University since 1999. In their current role, they are responsible for the development and coordination of the biennial and annual operating and capital budget submissions to the Governor and General Assembly, as well as overseeing the University's financial planning and budget execution. Prior to their current role, Latour served as the Senior Budget Analyst at Christopher Newport University, where they were responsible for developing budgets, recommending resource allocations, and representing the University at relevant budget meetings in Richmond.

They are on a team with Robert Lange III - Dean of Admission, Keith Roots - Vice President for University Advancement, and Kevin Hughes - Vice President for Student Affairs. Their manager is Adelia Thompson, Interim President.
