Lisa Duncan Raines

Lisa Duncan Raines has extensive experience in enrollment and student success at both Virginia Tech and Christopher Newport University. Currently serving as Vice President for Enrollment and Student Success at Christopher Newport University, Lisa collaborates with various senior leadership team members to develop a compelling vision for the division. With a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Old Dominion University, Lisa has held various positions such as Vice Provost, Dean of Enrollment Services, and Dean of Enrollment Services and University Registrar. Lisa has a strong background in overseeing academic accommodations, academic advising, financial aid, career planning, and enrollment services.
