Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith serves as the Associate Director for Housing Services and Housekeeping at Christopher Newport University since June 2010, overseeing the management of over 23 dormitories and more than 44 staff members. Key responsibilities include handling time sheets, payroll, staff recruitment and training, conducting inspections and evaluations, managing purchasing and account balancing, enforcing disciplinary actions, and performing performance evaluations, as well as scheduling daily assignments for housekeeping staff. Previously, Tracy Smith worked as a Custodial Contract Supervisor for the City of Hampton Operations and Maintenance from January 2022 to April 2022.
