Cody Murray

Cody Murray, ACC, is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience in enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Talent Development and Culture Consultant Lead at CHRISTUS Health since December 2023, Cody previously held significant roles at Optum, including Director of Employee Experience and Training Consultant, where initiatives led to measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and employee onboarding processes. Additional experience includes directing service excellence at Baylor Health Care System and various training and human resource roles at Saxon Mortgage. Cody's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and an Associate Degree from Lincoln Land Community College.
