Jaime Goff

Jaime Goff, PhD, ACC, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Leadership Development at CHRISTUS Health, where responsibilities have included managerial roles in leadership development and career performance management since February 2019. As President of The Empathic Leader, LLC, Jaime has focused on executive coaching and leadership training, and also holds the position of Executive Coach at Renogize Professional Coaching. Prior experience includes significant academic leadership at Abilene Christian University, where Jaime held various roles from Dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies to Chair of the Department of Marriage & Family Studies, overseeing program development, faculty performance, and accreditation processes. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Family & Child Ecology from Michigan State University, as well as multiple degrees in marriage and family therapy and psychology.
