Kandace Griffin

Kandace Griffin, MBA, serves as the Program Manager for Physician Compensation at CHRISTUS Health since April 2022, having previously held the position of Recruiter II in Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Career Counselor at the Mississippi State Personnel Board from January 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing personnel for approximately 26,500 state employees. Kandace also worked as the Assistant to the Director of Communications & Education Services at Mississippi Public Broadcasting from February 2019 to December 2019, and had multiple positions at the Mississippi State Personnel Board, including a Contract Legal Assistant for the Employee Appeals Board. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Customer Service Representative at BankPlus, where performance consistently surpassed sales goals, and as a Leasing Consultant at Heritage Properties, Inc. Kandace holds an MBA from Jackson State University, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude, in 2013 from the same university.
