Tracy Alcala

Tracy Alcala, LMSW, MBA, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Case Management at CHRISTUS Health since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Clinical Operations - Value Based Care at U.S. Renal Care, focusing on the execution of value-based care initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations. Tracy spent nearly 15 years at Tenet Healthcare, where roles included Clinical Program Manager, managing program initiatives across 63 hospitals, and Manager of Case Management, overseeing a team within a 200+ bed facility. Tracy's career began as a Clinical Case Manager at The Center for Health Care Services, providing outpatient psychiatric services. Tracy holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Master's degree in Social Work, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
