Hannah Pollack, LCSW, is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in clinical therapy and case management. Currently serving as the Director of Case Management and Clinical Therapist at Elayne and James Schoke Jewish Family Service of Fairfield County since January 2022, Hannah has previously held various roles including Associate Director and Case Manager within the same organization.
