Iris Blundell

As Chief Financial Officer, Iris’s primary responsibility is Christhood’s accounting, finance, and insurance requirements. Iris has 20 years of experience in public accounting, hospitals, and senior living communities. Before joining Christwood, Iris was Controller and then Managing Director at a senior living facility serving both Independent Living and Assisted Living communities. She was also on the board of the LeadingAge Gulf Sates division. Iris first worked at Christwood as the Director of Accounting when the community opened in 1996 and is delighted to return as a member of the executive team. Iris earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
