Melissa Martorano

Melissa Martorano, MHRM, has extensive experience in talent management, human resources, and recruiting. Melissa is currently the Director of Talent Management at Christy Industrial Holdings, where they collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement talent strategies. Their responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of team members, from recruitment to succession planning. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions at Dorel Home, Brown Smith Wallace, Ascension Senior Living, Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Scottrade, Amerinet, Lewisville ISD, and Omni Sales Group/Bailey Street, where they gained experience in talent management, recruitment, and training.

Melissa Martorano, MHRM, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lindenwood University, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Southeast Missouri State University from 2003 to 2008.
