Kimberley Lyday, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent Management at NOVO Health Services since July 2025, Kimberley focuses on enhancing patient experiences while optimizing program costs.
