Katie Schrum is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at C.H. Robinson, where they lead a team managing full-cycle recruitment across North America and Latin America. Previously, Katie held significant roles at Amazon, including Recruiting Manager for Worldwide Operations, where they successfully improved processes and promoted team members. Earlier in their career, Katie worked at organizations such as Allina Health, Park Nicollet Health Services, and Rasmussen College, developing a diverse skill set in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
