Wendy Welsch

Wendy Welsch has extensive experience in global forwarding operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Forwarding Operations and Process at C.H. Robinson since 2004. In this role, Wendy is responsible for the creation, implementation, and oversight of worldwide operations structures and processes aimed at driving profitability and improving customer, vendor, and employee experiences. Previous positions at C.H. Robinson include Director of Global Forwarding Operations and Process and General Manager, where Wendy managed a 70-employee branch, focusing on budgeting, sales, and operational management. Earlier in Wendy’s career at DecoPac, Inc., the role of Purchasing Agent/International Specialist involved managing transportation and import activities for foreign-sourced products. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Minnesota.
