Shruti Singhal

Shruti Singhal is the current CEO of Chroma Color. Shruti has also previously served as the President of DSM Engineering Materials from August 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the global P&L, including commercial, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, and finance.

Under their leadership, the company launched a 5 year strategic plan called Grow2Win which aimed to position the business for profitable and sustainable growth. Thanks to this plan, the company achieved its highest EBITDA in Q420 and H12021. In addition, they also grew top line by 5% in a pandemic year and improved EBITDA % by 300bps.

During their time at DSM, they also managed the business through COVID-19 crisis globally and developed a phased recovery plan. Thanks to their leadership, the company was able to navigate these difficult times and emerge stronger than ever before.
