Bruce Ricart

Bruce is Vice President of Program Management at Chroma Medicine. He joined Chroma from Vor, where he most recently served as Senior Director, Head of Program & Alliance Management and Program Lead for the lead program leading to the company’s first IND and CTA (Health Canada). Prior to Vor, he led the CMC Operations & Strategic Planning group at bluebirdbio, founding, building and scaling the CMC project management to enable the development and delivery of the following commercial products: Zynteglo, Skysona, and Abecma as well as the early development pipeline. Before bluebirdbio, Bruce spent over 11 years at Eli Lilly and Company involved in Bioproduct Analytical Development for the antibody portfolio, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program performing business/process improvements across the company to improve operational excellence and CMC Project Manager for programs covering the Oncology, Diabetes and Business Units across various modalities. Bruce received his B.S. in Chemistry and M.S. in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Rochester and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Eli Lilly and Company.
