SVP, Delivery Sciences & CMC at Chroma Medicine

Warren is Senior Vice President of Delivery Sciences and CMC at Chroma Medicine. He brings nearly 30 years of experience developing and commercializing small molecules, biologics, and cell and gene therapy products across a range of delivery modalities and therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Chroma, Warren served as SVP of Technical Development and Manufacturing at TScan Therapeutics, where he established the company’s Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions; built internal and external manufacturing capabilities; and led CMC efforts for TScan’s first two TCR-T cell therapy INDs. Previously, he worked at Editas Medicine, where he led CMC efforts, including guiding development of the first in vivo CRISPR therapy, EDIT-101. Warren also held various roles at OvaScience, Shire, Stryker, Oscient Pharmaceuticals, and Alkermes, where he helped bring several products to clinical evaluation and to market, including Factive®, Rispderal Consta®, Vivitrol®, and Neutropin Depot®.
