Perry Hawkins has extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EH&S) roles, working for various companies in different industries. Perry currently serves as the Director of Health and Safety at Chromalox, where they have been responsible for leading the global EH&S transformation and overseeing sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Perry founded a consultancy called Zero: Sustainable By Design, which focused on helping organizations achieve their sustainability targets through policy development and risk analysis. Perry also held EH&S leadership positions at CIRCOR International, Inc., CIRCOR Energy, Pratt & Whitney, and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA), A GHD Company. Perry has a background in engineering and has worked on projects involving EH&S management systems, regulatory compliance, and safety culture improvement.
Perry Hawkins has a diverse educational background. Perry obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Mississippi from 1994 to 1995. Later on, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, attending from 2009 to 2016.
