Jon Preece, FRSC

Jon Preece, FRSC, is an experienced professional with a diverse range of work experience. Jon is currently the CEO, Co-Founder, and Director of ChromaTwist Ltd, a company that specializes in patented organic fluorophore technology for flow cytometry and microscopy applications. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked at Irresistible Materials Ltd. Additionally, Jon Preece has served as a Professor at the University of Birmingham since 1996.

Jon Preece completed their education in the field of Supramolecular Chemistry/Nanochemistry. From 1991 to 1994, they attended the University of Birmingham and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree. In March 2021, they obtained the certification of being a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry from the Royal Society of Chemistry.
