Stephen Willis

Stephen Willis has worked at Chrome Industries since 2014, beginning as a Product Designer. In this role, they created innovative product designs that reflected the organization's vision and strategies. Stephen provided design services for the product team and created concept boards with inspirational images. Stephen then became the Customs Product Line Manager, where they were the lead expert for Chrome Customs and developed strategies to increase sales and steward new products. Stephen also oversaw the operations and logistics of the in-Hub customs experience. Stephen then became the Lead Custom Bag Maker, managing the overall customs experience for stores and online. Stephen also coordinated and facilitated all communication from HQ regarding the customs program and fielded questions and assisted in training for the overall customs program. Before joining Chrome Industries, Stephen Willis worked at Alchemy Goods in 2013 as a Production Specialist.

Stephen Willis attended Full Sail University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Business.
