Ishan Ghai

Ishan Ghai has a diverse range of work experience in the field of business intelligence and analysis. Their most recent role was as a Business Intelligence Developer at J.D. Power, where they began in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at UnitedHealth Group from February 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Ishan served as an Assistant Team Lead at Cvent from April 2017 to February 2019.

ISHAN also gained valuable experience at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc., where they held various roles. ISHAN started as an Analyst in Consumer Insights from April 2015 to August 2016, and later as an Associate in Consumer Insights from September 2016 to April 2017. During this time, they turned deep customer data into actionable insights, consulted clients on new business prospects, and worked on market research projects.

Ishan began their career as an INTERN at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc., where they studied buyer behavior related to smart devices and analyzed printing behavior in small and medium businesses in India and the U.S.

Ishan Ghai completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2009 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Ishan has obtained several certifications. ISHAN completed the "Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau" course from Duke University in April 2021. In October 2016, they cleared the "Business Analytics Professional" exam in Tableau, R, and SAS from Dun & Bradstreet. Furthermore, they hold certifications in the "CAPSTONE – Business Strategy Simulation" and "MARKSTRAT- Strategic Marketing Simulation Game," the details of which, including the institution and completion dates, are not provided.
