Jim Miller

Jim Miller has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on customer experience research and analytics. Jim began their career at NationsBank as a Financial Analyst from 1989 to 1992. Jim then worked at Bank One as a Finance Officer from 1994 to 1996.

At SunTrust Bank, Jim held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President, Customer and Marketing Information, where they managed Crestar Bank's Customer Knowledge Database and led a team of analysts. Jim also served as the Senior Vice President, Branch Network Planning and Analysis Manager, responsible for analyzing over 1,200 branch locations and evaluating new branch opportunities. Additionally, they were the Senior Vice President, Retail Analytics Manager, where they built a team to support retail's reporting and analytics needs.

Jim then joined Prime Performance, Inc., a subsidiary of SunTrust Bank, as President from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they worked exclusively with financial institutions to improve client experience by measuring client satisfaction and developing actionable plans.

Currently, Jim is the Vice President of Banking and Credit Card at J.D. Power, where they lead the syndicated and proprietary customer experience research in the banking industry. Jim works closely with banking clients in the U.S.

Jim Miller completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General at William & Mary from 1984 to 1988. Jim then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, attending from 1992 to 1994.
