Senior Software Engineer at Chronicle Security

Naef Imam has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Naef started their career as a Software Engineer at FaceTime in 2004 and worked there until 2005. From 2007 to 2007, they served as a Production Software Engineer at tenCube. In 2008, Naef joined Apple as an Engineering Intern for a short period. Naef returned to Apple in 2009 for another internship before moving on to Oracle, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Naef then joined Google as a Software Engineer in 2011 and held that position until 2017. During this time, they also worked at X, the moonshot factory, as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018. After leaving X, the moonshot factory, Naef joined Chronicle, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer in 2018. Their most recent position is at Google, where they have been working as a Senior Software Engineer since 2019.

Naef Imam began their education journey in 2002 at the National University of Singapore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. Naef successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. In 2004, Naef also had the opportunity to attend Stanford University as part of the NUS Overseas Colleges program, specifically the NOC Silicon Valley Batch 6. During this time, they studied Computer Science and Management Science.

After obtaining their undergraduate degree, Naef pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University from 2007 to 2009. Naef further deepened their expertise in the field.

Recently, in 2021, Naef enrolled in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. From 2021 to 2022, they pursued a LEAD - Stanford GSB Professional Certificate, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Innovation. This certificate program provided him with advanced knowledge and skills in these areas.
