Ira Mirkin

Ira Mirkin has extensive work experience in quality assurance (QA) and regulatory affairs (RA) in the medical devices industry. Ira started their career as a QA Team Leader at Viola Networks in 1999 and held this role until 2004. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Philips as an SQE Unit Manager. Ira then joined GE Healthcare in 2008 as a V&V Group Manager and IB Project Manager. In 2011, they became the Design QA Manager at Medingo Roche, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior QA&RA Consultant at Physio-Logic Ltd., managing various quality and regulatory projects for medical devices companies. Ira then held QA Manager positions at Medtronic (2015-2017) and Philips (2017-2019). From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Director QA at SCD. Currently, they are the Director Of QA at ChroniSense Medical, starting in 2021.

Ira Mirkin received their MSc degree in Quality Assurance & Reliability from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Ira attended the institute from 1994 to 1999.
