Luisa Maria Castillejos is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest relations and front office management. Currently serving as Dealer Success Manager for the UK, Nordics, and Middle East at Chrono24 since September 2021, Luisa previously held the position of Hotel Duty Manager at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Luisa's notable experience also includes roles at Marriott International, where significant improvements in guest satisfaction were achieved, and Raffles Dubai, recognized as the top hotel on TripAdvisor for two consecutive years. Luisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Swiss Hotel Management School and a leadership certificate from Cornell University.
