We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about the product, concept, history and culture-to join our team at Chronosphere. This person will work with the Talent team on core Chronosphere initiatives, and will also help improve our recruiting processes and sourcing strategies. This person would support our TA Partners across all recruiting functions and often be the face of recruiting when candidates come in for on-site interviews.
You Will
In your first 30 days, you will become familiar with the internal ATS (Ashby) and learn about the recruiting process. You will be introduced to the candidates in the current pipeline and start scheduling and hosting your first interviews.
After 3 months, you will collaborate with the recruiting team to help make choices of new tools for recruitment. You may work on AdHoc recruiting projects.
After 6 months, you’ll help to add your input into how we grow our recruiting team.

Michelle is a Talent Leader with 20+ years of experience recruiting for Technology companies. She leads the the Global Talent Acquisition Team’s efforts for Chronosphere. Before joining Chronosphere, Michelle led recruiting teams in Product, G&A, GTM and Strategy at Docusign, Adobe and Salesforce. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys life in NYC where she is based.
