Christine Souza

Christine Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in customer education and IT change management. Christine is currently the Head of Customer Education at Chronosphere, where they oversee the development and execution of customer education programs. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for the Customer Education Management Association (CEDMA), contributing to the organization's strategic initiatives.

From 2019 to 2022, Christine worked at Unity as the Head of IT Change Management and Enablement.
