Aditya Wagh

Director Of Artificial Intelligence at Chrp Technologies

Aditya Wagh's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at ULTRA ENGINEERS. In 2016, they interned at Atlas Copco, where they focused on applying 3D to 2D transformation methods on the company's product drawings. The following year, in 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Rothe Erde Gmbh, where they monitored the production process of bearings and applied production planning principles to maximize efficiency.

In 2019, Aditya became a Machine Learning Research Assistant at Michigan Technological University, where they defended their Master's Thesis on Deep Learning of Non-Linear Dynamical Systems. They also developed a unique approach to solve self-predicting non-linear system response problems. They worked under the guidance of Yongchao Yang, a Scientist at ARGONNE NATIONAL LABORATORY.

From 2020 to 2021, Aditya worked as a Machine Learning Research Assistant at the Great Lakes Research Center at Michigan Tech. They researched alternative data-driven methods to predict Lake Surface Temperature and published a paper on the application of LSTM models for this purpose.

In 2021, they became a Machine Learning Engineer at Winjit Inc. Finally, in 2022, Aditya joined Chrp Technologies as the Head of Artificial Intelligence, where they serve as the glue between business teams, data scientists, and ML engineers. They design AI workflows and conduct advanced research on novel applications of AI in the construction domain.

Aditya Wagh completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) from 2014 to 2018. Aditya then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Aditya also obtained several certifications from Coursera. In 2019, they completed courses such as "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Sequence Models," and "Convolutional Neural Networks." In 2020, they obtained certifications in "Create Your First Chatbot with Rasa and Python," "Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow," "Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow," "Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning," and "Sequences, Time Series and Prediction."
