Elizabeth Ford

Director Of Program Data at Chrysalis

Elizabeth Ford has extensive work experience in the field of program data, research, and evaluation. Elizabeth started their career as a Junior Scientist at the University of Minnesota in 2006 and progressed to become a Principal Lab Technician. Subsequently, they took on roles as a Community Program Specialist and then as a Community Program Associate. In 2015, they joined the Youth Policy Institute as a Research and Evaluation Manager, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, Elizabeth became the Director of Program Data at Chrysalis, where they currently work.

Elizabeth Ford holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Smith College from 2001 to 2005, majoring in Psychology.
