Bryan Wendt

Bryan Wendt is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and operations, currently serving as the Propane EHS & Operations Leader and Continuous Improvement Specialist at CHS Inc. since May 2015. In these roles, Bryan organizes and develops Lean and continuous improvement activities across seven processing facilities, facilitates Lean Manufacturing training for operational employees, and leads strategic initiatives to achieve key financial and operational goals. Previous experience includes managing capital projects as a Project Engineer at CHS, completing a Product Engineering Internship focused on Continuous Improvement at John Deere, and a Product Management Internship at Kuhn North America. Additionally, Bryan contributed to an undergraduate research project at the University of Minnesota, where a study was conducted on the water repellency effects of clay addition to oil-contaminated soils. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
