Demarco Flowers

DeMarco Flowers has extensive experience in technical support and coaching, currently serving as a Network Operation Support Technician and Senior Service Desk Analyst at CHS Inc. since April 2019, where responsibilities include providing technical phone support, troubleshooting network issues, and managing service requests through ServiceNow. In addition to technical roles, DeMarco has been involved with the Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation since March 2015 as a Youth Basketball Instructor, focusing on skill development for young athletes. Earlier career positions include Service Desk Specialist at Allianz, IT Student Support at Minneapolis Business College, and various technical roles at KMOJ-FM RADIO, Staples, and Dante Computer Revolution. DeMarco holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology Network Management from Minneapolis Business College and a diploma in Communication and Media Studies from Lake Superior College.
