Drew Cavallaro

Drew Cavallaro is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Principal Human Resource Business Partner at CHS Inc. since June 2023. Drew has over a decade of experience at 3M, where various roles included L&D Onboarding Program leader, Culture & Innovation leader, and US HR Operations Leader, among others, focusing on HR support for manufacturing facilities. Prior experience includes positions at the Army National Guard as Adjutant HR Officer S1, and as RPO Talent Acquisition Lead at Volt.
