Jayson Steinkopf currently serves as Senior Vice President of FP&A at CHS Inc., a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jayson was with Polaris Inc. for nearly a decade, serving as VP, Business Unit CFO for the $6.5 billion Off-Road Vehicle Segment, as well as other finance leadership positions. Jayson spent 15 years at Target, where responsibilities included overseeing a $50 million project for finance system integration and serving as Chief Finance lead for the $14 billion Home and Target.com businesses. Jayson began a career in finance at Honeywell, focusing on cash management and account reconciliation. Educationally, Jayson holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
