Justin Cauley

Justin Cauley is a seasoned professional in the transportation and freight industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Transportation at CHS Inc. since October 2014. Justin's career includes roles as Senior Freight Product Line Manager, Manager of Global Ocean Freight, and Export Commodity Trader at CHS Inc., along with experience as an Export Commodity Trader at The Scoular Company from October 2009 to October 2014. Academically, Justin holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, attained between 2018 and 2021, and a BA in Agribusiness from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2008. Additionally, Justin participated in a summer study abroad program in French Language and Literature at the IAU Institute for American Universities in 2007. Early education culminated with a diploma from Hinsdale Central High School in 2004.
