Ahmad Awada

Ahmad Awada holds a prominent position in the field of cardiology, currently serving as the Head of the Cardiology Department at CHU Brugmann since January 2025. Concurrently, Ahmad Awada works as a cardiologue interventionnel at UMC Sint-Pieter/CHU Saint-Pierre and Groupe hospitalier CHIREC, roles held since October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a cardiologue interventionnel at CHR Mons-Hainaut and Centre Hospitalier EpiCURA, alongside specialized training at Saint-Pierre hospital and Hopital Erasme. Ahmad Awada completed a PhD at Université libre de Bruxelles while engaged in various medical specializations, culminating in studies at the same institution from 2005 to 2012.
