Christophe Mercier

Christophe Mercier is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of nuclear medicine, medical imaging, and engineering. Currently, at CHU de Liège, Christophe serves as the Gestionnaire du centre de production de radiopharmaceutiques, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of GMP radiopharmaceutical clean rooms and the oversight of nuclear safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, roles as a Medical Imaging Engineer and invited professor at Haute Ecole de la Province de Liege focus on quality control in nuclear medicine. As the founder of PEB-expert srl, Christophe provides technical solutions complying with PEB requirements. Previous academic experience includes a teaching and research fellow position at Université de Liège, specializing in modeling and optimization of tracer distributions. Educational credentials include a Master in Medical Physics, a PhD in Engineering Science, and a European DEA in Oceanography.
