Philippe Massonnet

Philippe Massonnet is a clinical chemistry scientist at CHU de Liège since January 2022, focusing on LC-MS/MS method development and instrument troubleshooting. Previously, Philippe served as a postdoctoral researcher at Universiteit Maastricht in the M4i Division of Imaging Mass Spectrometry from January 2019 to December 2021, specializing in SIMS analyses and collaborating with various academic and industrial partners. Philippe also worked as a project manager and scientific researcher at Université de Liège, developing MALDI-Imaging protocols and proteomics methods, and as a PhD student at F.R.S. - FNRS, concentrating on mass spectrometry techniques for peptide characterization. Philippe's educational background includes a PhD in Chemical Sciences from the University of Liège, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Further professional development includes a project management module from HEC Liège Executive Education.
