Barbara Tisseron

Barbara Tisseron is an esteemed pediatric specialist with extensive experience in hospital administration and child protection services. Currently serving as the Présidente of the ASPED network focused on addressing maltreatment at the CHRU Tours since October 2017, Barbara has also held the position of Chef de service in the general pediatrics department at CHR Orléans since October 2011. Additionally, from October 2011 to September 2017, Barbara led the pediatric emergency service at CHR Orléans. Notable achievements include the establishment of the UAPED unit for child protection in 2008 and the development of an intra-hospital hearing room in collaboration with La Voix de L’enfant in 2013. Barbara holds a Doctorate in Medicine from Université Paris XIII and completed a literary Baccalauréat at Lycée École Alsacienne in 1989.
