Frank Zaffino

Frank Zaffino is an experienced professional in analytics and insights, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Analytic Asset Development at Chubb since December 2022. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Insights at GNC and Director of Analytics & Insights at Skipta. Zaffino has a strong background in reporting and analytics, having held leadership positions at Informa, Mylan, EDMC, Zappos IP, Inc., and Jack in the Box Inc., where responsibilities included managing teams, delivering critical business insights, and enhancing reporting systems. Frank Zaffino started a career at the Internal Revenue Service as a Research Economist. Zaffino holds a Master of Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University.
