Gage Andres

Gage Andres, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Regional Midwest Recruiter in NA Talent Acquisition at Chubb, responsible for managing field recruiting across multiple Midwest states including Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and others since April 2021. Prior to this role, Gage served as a Recruiting Manager and Executive Recruiter at JMJ Phillip Group from 2017 to 2021, focusing on training development and managing executive searches in the manufacturing, supply chain, and technology sectors. Gage holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
